    Plank Nosings May All Look Great But Beware... All Are Not Equal.

    Unlike other choices, our shaping process protects the structural integrity of the plank core while lending a real wood, solid timber look/feel to the aesthetic. Our competitors use either a press (which looks/feels very plastic) or use a method that fails to diffuse the heat, resulting in a compromised plank core. Both these methods result in degraded performance, cracking and/or shortened tread life.
