Shipping policy

All custom stair tread orders are processed within 6–8 weeks for vinyl plank flooring and 9–12 weeks for laminate, resilient core, or temperature-resistant core flooring after we receive your flooring material. You will receive a notification when your order enters production and another notification when your order ships.

Ready-to-order stair treads typically ship within 2 weeks.

If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $399 qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
