Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 6-8 weeks for vinyl planks and 9-12 weeks for laminate or resilient core/temperature resistant core after we have planks on hand.  You will receive a notification when your order production is underway and another notification when your order has shipped.  If applicable, shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.  Orders over $439 qualify for free shipping within the U.S, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
