Custom Flush Nosing fabricated from EIR (Embossed in Register) SPC Plank and Laminate Plank Flooring. 

Why get some overlapping kitschy nosing that is "close" to a match when you can get a flush, incredibly beautiful finish with an exact match to your floor?  No need to alter or cut your existing stair treads.  No need to remove the plank pad.  Each order is custom made to meet the needs and specifications of your plank and project.  We work with you and the specifics of your plank to achieve the most beautiful, cost effective and durable finish.

The actual cost of your particular nosing will depend on several factors.  There are hundreds of plank material combinations and these details are important in the design & creation of your nosing. 

Simply enter your floor material information and a few photos on the request a quote form.  After approving your custom quote we'll provide you with a custom purchase code to use at check out.  In most cases we can source your same flooring material in just a few days and have your caps/nosing on their way to you in about a week.  Please allow 4 weeks to process your order.

IMPORTANT: Flush custom nosing is made to install along with a flooring installation project.  Approximately one plank is needed per nosing for each tread installed.  Once  your flush custom nosing is installed it is quite durable but it is susceptible to damage prior to cured (glue) installation.  DO NOT DROP or apply pressure to the corners of your flush custom nosing.  Always properly support the nosing when cutting, marking or setting it aside.  HANDLE WITH CARE.   

NOTE: Stair nosings measuring 48 inches and longer may incur an oversized shipping fee. Pricing is based on an order for a standard staircase.

Terms and Conditions

All sales are final once your order enters production. We offer exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible, contact us within 10 days of delivery at 801-808-8831 or saltycustomvinyl@gmail.com. We'll work with you to address and resolve all issues and provide replacements.  If we are not able to provide replacements, we will issue a refund. Please carefully inspect each piece and review custom instructions upon delivery. If any issues or damage is found, contact us immediately for guidance on documentation. Notify us of damage within 10 days; replacements beyond this period are not guaranteed.

Handle with Care: Tread covers/nosing are solid once properly installed; prior to that time it is important to handle with care until glue cures. Avoid applying stress to bends; take care to support nosing when cutting and use a sharp blade. Do not store in or expose to extreme temperatures. Because our tread covers/nosing are unique please have your installer consult us with any questions, whether that is you or a professional.

Delivery: We cannot guarantee delivery dates but provide estimates and updates. Production starts upon receipt of material and measurements.  We recommend scheduling installation after receipt of and inspection of your order.

Claims: Report shipping damage promptly. Retain damaged items until the claims process is complete; carriers may request inspection. Once a claim is made, it's final.

Timelines: Unless explicitly stated in our agreement, project timelines will not be a basis for issuing a refund.  If the tread covers/nosing are damaged during transit by a third party, be aware to plan for additional turnaround time for
replacements.  We prioritize turnaround times for replacements, but we can't issue a refund based on timeline considerations.
